I have worked within the care setting since leaving school in 2003. I did NVQ 2 and 3 in health and social care and progressed and did my learning disability nurse training 10 years ago. I have worked in various settings such as: individuals homes, nursing homes, hospitals , residential homes, secure hospitals. I have worked with people that are independent and also people that are more profound and that are hoisted and are non - verbal. I have experience in LD, MH , neurological and terminal illnesses.
