I currently work in a school for children with special educational needs. I am also studying psychology for education to further my knowledge in this field. I currently work with secondary school students with Autism or who are on the Autism spectrum, Dyslexic and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I feel that my experiences with working in such a setting has made me patient, caring and nurturing. I understand that every child with special needs is different and you will have to adapt how you work with one child to the next.
