I have 10 years NHS care experience and take pride in caring and supporting people of all ages and all health difficulties. I am patient and understanding and willing to learn new skills. I have experience of working with complex care service users and have gained the skills to be able to deal with difficult situations. I am trained in MAPPA and also have first aid qulaification.
