I have worked in a special needs youth club for 5 years. I have worked with children and young perils which have a range of disabilities. I have undergone intensive training to be able to understand and deal with the sometimes difficult behaviour young people with disabilities may display. I have a full in date DBS check. I am very creative and enjoy finding creative way to enable the young people I work with to express them self.
