Being in my current job for 18.5 years, i support individuals who have various mental health needs, I have gained a level 3 diploma in health and social care, a level 3 Nvq in promoting independence, am up to date on all training required. I have gained experience in many duties which are included in my role. Medication ordering, auditing and administration, housekeeping duties, administration. Support and motivation in daily activities. I have an calm and organized, able to deal with situations using my own initiative. I feel I could use my skills and training in wider areas than in a residential setting.
