I am a creative-play nanny with years of experience working with children and youth with extra needs, including autism, ADHD, developmental delay, speech delay, and PTSD. I have worked in different childcare related positions over the years, including large group work, but in the last couple of years I have focused on private nannying, including with children with autism or suspected autism. I love art, music, dance, creative problem-solving, chess, puzzles, outdoor adventures, reading and writing. As a nanny who works with children with extra needs or neurodiversity, I especially love helping families and care teams to support their children as we all learn and grow together. Watching children reach new milestones, or try new things is my favourite thing about nannying. I love learning new skills, especially in relation to special needs care, so I would love working with a family who is supportive of training and supporting me in my role.
