I have support individuals with learning disabilities in their daily life, I have support with arranging daily/weekly activities for each individual service user. Supporting with personal hygiene, cooking to form relationships with others and keep in touch with families supported with finances,medication, make and attend appointments with service users, look after mental and physical wellbeing of my service user. Look after the wellbeing of service users (disable and vulnerable people} take them shopping collect pension, take them various to appointments (I.e. hospital) ASSIST service user to lead an independent and fulfilled life. General hospital placement palliative care l.e. Cancer patients (community and some hospital experience). Learning Disability (care home and community services physicial disability. Community and hospital). Tracheostomy care.ventilation management, PEG feeding, Catheter care suctioning. Daily task are personal care, bed making use of equipment such as hoist, suction machine, keep an eye on ventilatior machines ( Nippy3+), humidifier, machine to make sure they are in good condition and working order. Able to change ventilator machine circus, and also the peg machine when feed ends.
