For 10 years I worked in a specialist unit, working one to one with disabled children, my title was behavioural specialist and with the help of 2 other employees we would work out only on the child but assist the parents with the required skills. I have also worked in elderly care for 5 years, achieved nvq5 (management qualification) and worked up to the position of deputy manager.
