I am currently a support worker for a vast variety children with SEND, I have over five years of working experience in this sector. However, I have grown up around SEND and caring for others as it was my mothers job and she was a single parent so I always went with her to work. I feel extremely confident working with children and young adults, but always up for learning and developing my skills working with adults. I feel I am a fast learner and am wanting to develop my knowledge and skills further. I have also recently completed my BaHonours in Children and young people, a SEND diploma. Alongside being a support worker, I have also been a domestic helper for some of the elderly residents in the Village where I live, I carry out cleaning, shopping and generally anything they would ask me to do.
