Hi I am jen. I have been a childminder for 3 years but I have worked in childcare for the last 15 years I have experience of working with children from many different backgrounds with different experiences and abilities. I aim to ensure each child reaches their own full potential by providing a range of activities suited for each child's interests and abilities.
