I work full time as a Health Care Assistant at Leighton Hospital. I studied Sports and Active Leisure, and child care at college, I have studied all the Care certificates for child care, elderly care, caring for the poorly and ill health and care for people with disabilities. I’m fully first aid trained. I see myself as quite an outgoing, fun person, with quite a bubbly personality. I’ve always been quite sporty, and into outdoor activities. Since working full time and having my own home, my hobbies haven’t been much of a priority. I have baby sat in the past for friends and family, and have loved spending time and building bounds with the children I have looked after. I cared in the community for people with disabilities, and was guttered to have to leave the job. I left due to having a 0 hour contract and needing something more stable as me and my partner moved into our own house. This job entailed me to take my clients out to do their shopping, house work, help with preparing and making their meals, taking them out to different clubs they participated in, and to help them with anything they needed help with in their care time they had.
