over 10 yrs experience of working with children with Special Needs - 5 yrs on Outreach Team in Co Durham as a Specialist Nursery Nurse, working with children with autism, global delay, speech delay and physical disabilities. Worked 1:1 with a child with autism through from Reception Class to Year 6. Have experience working with outside agencies, writing care plans and delivering specialist programmes.
