I have helped people living with different physical disabilities and mental health needs to live their lives more independently and support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support. for example, getting out in the community using public transport. attending college or other learning workshops, doctor's appointments. managing challenging behavior, creating plans to reduce incidents of challenging behaviour by developing care plans. I have administered medication and followed and created mar charts and trained to guidelines.
