Has undertaken over eighty (80) workplace training courses in health and safety care (e.g., Mental Capacity Act and DOLS, Infection Control LITE, Oral Care, End of Life, Drug Administration, Personal Care, Dementia, Safeguarding and Protection of Adults, etc.). I work effectively within the team, but; have the initiative to work well independently with minimal supervision.
