My name is Isabel , and I am a very experienced carer and trained massage therapist. I have been a team leader of a care home, supervising and doing the rota for support workers, developing the support plans, making referrals and promoting active learning and helping out with personal care of residents. I have worked as an autism support worker dealing with strict medication procedures and working to improve the lifes of clients at the whole very difficult year of covid 19. Including helping them with daily life , cooking tasks around the home and follow activities as well as teaching speaking and communication skills.
