I believe the most crucial skills I've acquired are communication, patience, empathy, and resilience. My empathy towards patients makes a significant difference in their well-being. I always keep an open line of communication to understand their needs better. I'm also experienced in administering medications , supporting clients with tasks around their home such as cooking and cleaning, going out, taking part in activities and attending college/work or going on holiday.
