I have experience with supporting children/young adults for at least 20 years, helping my mum with children she fostered respite care with various individual disabilities. I have worked professionally supporting adults in the community with various degrees of disabilities, either physical, learning disabilites & mental health, for the past 7 years. During this time I have studied and received a qualification, NVQ certificate in Health & Social Care, Level 3. I work in a person centred manner, and plan my support around each individual, as to their own preferences and own individual needs.
