I have 6 years experience working with children and young adults with complex needs, autism and challenging behavior. The children and adults I have supported have developmental delays, epilepsy, speech and language delays and other complex needs. I have experience in teaching in a special educational needs school for 6 years. I have also worked in the residential setting at the school, preparing meals, teaching life skills, laundry, personal care and settling for bed. I have recently qualified in a Level 3 Education and training course with City & Guilds and I currently teach a 14 year old boy four days a week. I also over see two teaching assistants. I currently have no availability due to this job and supporting another family. From Monday 24th June 2024 my hourly rate will be increasing to £15ph & After 11pm £18ph Hattie
