I am in my seventh year of teaching and have been a SENCo for two years. I am also a Deputy Safeguarding Lead at the Primary School of which I work at. I have a range of experience teaching and supporting different children of all abilities. I also have experience in supporting pupils with a range of different special educational needs as well as behavioural difficulties. I also have experience teaching children new to the English language or who speak English as an Additional Language (EAL). I have a teenage younger brother who has Autism and ADHD. This has given me more personal understanding, living and growing up with a child with significant and complex needs. This also means that I completely understand the challenges and struggles that children and young people with additional needs face on a daily basis. I can provide bespoke 1:1 tutoring.
