Working in a care area since 2004 and I noticed one common thing - not to many people really care this including Social services. When the supervisors are going home, no families around the drama starts. When I work witch elderly, fragile people, people with learning disabilities or provide activities for children I like to face relatives, families that the person I supported was comfortable, happy and safe. Personally I am an easy going person with a huge sense of humour but very protective. I do not take any forms of abuse and immediately take action. My work is personally adjusted to person's needs, values, believes and also preferences. -People Elderly or fragile (worked for a nursing home) -Adults with learning disability (working for supported housing setting with people with learning disabilities) -children and young people (taking part in holiday camps, organised a social project for the poorest from the town) -children with special needs(working for a charity taking care of children, private) -supporting an adult friend who had an accident at work and is not able to take care of herself at the moment.
