I am a hard working reliable individual with a passion for working with people who have additional needs. My most recent employment was with individuals who have mental health needs, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. I am currently looking for work with individuals who have learning disabilities or mental health needs who I can support to maximise their independence and access to the community whilst maintaining their safety and dignity.
