I have worked with people who have a range of special needs in education mostly. Working along side those who are deaf to those who have autism. This summer I worked at a camp in Canada were I was responsible for the campers along side a great team. Most of the campers had some form of cerebral palsy and were either in manual or electric wheelchairs. We provided full assistance: showering, changing, dressing, assisting with eating, brushing teeth etc. We assisted with getting campers involved in different activities throughout the day: sailing, swimming, canoeing to name a few.
