As a mother and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, I am fully equipped with the basic skills of learning, guiding and mentoring . One of my strengths as an educational instructor, is my ability to communicate with people and learners simply and clearly. I believe my ability to communicate will enable me to relate effectively with the patient, and to work collaboratively with colleagues in my department and other departments where need be. Also, my educational skill allows me to familiarise myself with the necessary medical terms used in the care home and effectively document and make reports ,which is a crucial aspect in being a carer. My organisational skills will enable me to manage any task I am asked to do effectively and efficiently,making sure things are in the right place,following safeguarding rules, thereby promoting a team spirit amongst my colleagues, and a high success rate and good feedback from service user and their families
