Detailed explanations of my experience include; 1• Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written). As a Healthcare Assistant, carrying out instructions and written procedures is one of my key responsibilities. My prowess over the years has enlightened me much to having the insight of how patients relate, feel, act and communicate. This has enable me in the past years to efficiently perceive their desires and dealing with them with the assistance of Registered Nurses and other Healthcare Workers. Also, being able to decode what’s being said or documented reduces mistakes and aids you to work diligently to keep both patients and staff safe. For example, I complete the mandatory work of checking and recording of patients' vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, respiration and support with activities such as care plans, food and fluid charts, weight charts, stool charts while on duty all the time.
