Dear Sir/ Madam My name is Erica, I am currently a member of staff at Gascoigne Primary School where I work as part of Autism Inclusion Team. I have been working in this position for the past 4 years and have gained experience and knowledge in the area of Autism. I am very passionate about Supporting children with Special Educational Needs. I believe supporting children with autism and their families takes a special type of person. You need compassion, understanding and a real love for others I have all these qualities and the patience needed to work with and teach these children in a relaxed and loving environment where they can grow and learn ways to adapt to their surroundings.
