My empathy towards patients makes a significant difference in their well-being. I always keep an open line of communication to understand their needs better. I'm also experienced in using the hoist and i had training on the job and know my safeguarding policies. I have worked with a diverse range of clients during my time as a volunteer and employee at LDN organisation. I've assisted individuals with physical disabilities, autism, and mental health issues. These experiences have taught me the importance of tailoring my approach to each person's unique needs. All people deserve to live dignified lives, regardless of any assistance they need, providing specialised care for those with disabilities is something I aspire to take part in. I have greatly developed my interpersonal and communication skills. Consequently, I never struggle to understand those in my care nor do I struggle to make myself understood. I develop excellent relationships with both residents and staff, which is helped by my extremely friendly and approachable demeanour. I have helped the elderly in both care homes and within a home setting.
