My experience in special care needs , has been caring for Adults and children. I have cared for individuals with mild to severe Learning disabilities. I have also worked with individuals with Physical disabilities. I have worked for home care and health and social care agencies . I have been a Relief support worker for Shared lives ,through Derby city council for adults with Learning disabilities. I have experience in working with mental health patients within their own homes and supported living environments . I have supported individuals in their day to day lives with personal and hygiene care, nursing and healthcare, mobility support, socialising and making use of services within the community , housekeeping and shopping, appointments and prompting independence for life skills .
