As a fully qualified primary school teacher I have a full DBS and more than 10 years experience of working with children aged 3-11. I specialised in early years and spent many years working with 3-5 year olds. I have worked in a range of schools and developed amazing relationships with both children and their families. I have taken a step away from main stream education in the last year and have been working as a supply teacher and I am ready for a new challenge as I look for work outside of education. I am passionate about working with children and families and feel that childcare or nannying would be a great fit. I own a car and have a full clean driving licence. I am able to take children to and from activities or out on day trips. I am also able to keep children busy in the home while supporting with any homework they may have. I set clear boundaries but love to have fun. I have experience of working with children with SEND including autism and down syndrome. I am married but without children of my own so I can be flexible in the hours that I can work. Non-smoker. Outside of my career, family is really important to me, I also love travel, read and look after my houseplants!
