Hi, my name is Emily Wellstead. I am 23 and I have worked in a special needs school for children between 2 and 19 for 4 years. During this time I have worked with a variety of needs, in closing many behavioural challenges a child may present. I am energetic, bubbly and respectful with any child I work with, and I am always eager to provide consistent care that not only engages the child but also shows them they are valued to help their self esteem and confidence. During my experience, I have undergone training to help speech development, which I have supported within the classroom to individual children. I know I will always put your child and their needs first, working with any other caters or agencies you may already use, to ensure your child thrives whilst I am caring for them. Outside of special needs I run a Brownies unit providing a fun opportunities for girls between 7 and 10 weekly.
