I have worked in the care setting since I was 16 - 8 years. I started off as a care assistant, progressing to a senior carer then to care team leader. I looked after vulnerable adults with learning difficulties, mental health issues and dementia. My own child suffers with ADHD so I can understand the challenges from all aspects. I have a passion for caring and assisting individuals to achieve their full potential. I am currently completing a medical sciences degree at open university. I have my NVQ 2,3 and 4 in health and social care.
