Hi! I'm Ella, an experienced support worker currently training as a dramatherapist and looking for flexible part time work to fit around my studies. I was a support worker for adults with autism and learning disabilities for over 3 years, and have also run activity groups for SEN children and completed a dramatherapy placement in an SEN primary school. I'm passionate about person-centred care, and prioritise building a strong and trusting relationship with the people I support. I'm a very creative person who loves acting and singing, so I'm always up for a good sing-along!
