I have over thirty years experience of supporting disabled people I have worked in different settings including day care, residential and education. I have found that my strength lies working 1-1 with individuals empowering them to grow and develop their independence. I have a diploma working with Children and Young People. I also have qualifications in health and safety. I can provide a fun approach to care and create opportunities within daily routines for learning. I am committed and enthusiastic towards my work and have held positions for several years, enabling me to offer the time and support to see people develop and meet their aspirations.
