I have worked in the health and social care sector for more than 20 years and have gained vast experience dealing with people who have special needs, in the community, residential as well as in institutional settings. My view is that my clients' needs are all very individual and specific to that person. I therefore endeavour to provide a service tailored to their needs, employing the person-centred approach. I am educated to degree level and fluent in English, a confident lone worker but are just as efficient, working in a team. I hold a British driving licence as well as a DBS.
