I have 4 years plus working in a special needs school setting I also have 6 years working weekends in homes of special needs children, at th moment i am a breastfeeding specialist/ maternity Support and work in the community visiting familes and their new borns taking weights new born blood spots and advice on breastfeeding, latching positioning and night time feeding Iadjust and adapt well to each setting and follow the parents lead in how they want their child to be looked after as that is key to a good working relationship I am a calm patient person and have an open approachable manner.
