I have worked in a college for the past 4 years with many specific needs, I am able to recognize where the learners need my help most. I find myself able to connect with students where I can build a great connection of trust and make there experience at the college an even better one. I also am a swimming teacher and have been doing numerous 1:1's over the years with disabled children and young adults. I support in the water gaining the trust of getting young learners to gain confidence in themselves with there specific needs.
