I have helped with my friend who has a child with complex needs and autism, I have him once a week so she can have a break, I have been helping her for 8 years now. My youngest has developmental delay and we think he's on the autism spectrum. I also have a child with over mobility joint, allergies so she epi pen controlled and also has weight issues so I'm used to dealing with medication and helping get her get through daily pain.
