Hey. I’ve worked in a special school for over 9 years with 11-19 year olds. My experience ranges from personal care, to ELSA sessions, to conflicting behaviour, to assisting with work experience/travel training/college, to getting a student motivated to enjoy a social life (having a cheeky boogie on the dance floor), to arranging day trips, to assisting with our rock band (groupie) I’m so upbeat, self motivated and believe everyone has a choice, everyone deserves a happy and fulfilled life and we should smile often to brighten our special people’s day. I’ll sing dance beat box whenever it’s needed. I’ll encourage all day everyday whilst being mindful of our special people’s needs. Working with our beautiful, clever, amazing vulnerable students made my day, I loved being at work
