I have worked in the care sector for 10+ years I've been a carer for the elderly in both a care home setting and in there own homes duties included all aspects of personal care feeding given medication and looking after there general well being housekeeping meal preparation I have very good knowledge of dementia .I've also worked at hackney (new city college) supporting post 16 sen students for four years, and also in there homes. Duties included all aspects of personal care feeding and helping them to learn life skills and become as independent as possible /supporting them in the classroom and in the community
