I'm a senior support worker at a brain injury unit, been there for over 3 years, I support individuals to cook, clean, shop, manage there finances, benefits, personal care, gain employment or volunteering roles, I also train inexperienced staff to deliver the best care possible, update support plans and risk assessments. I also have experience of drugs/alcohol and have had many successful outcomes in helping people remain substance free.
