I am currently a team leader within a care company. have worked with Individuals who require social care and development in social skills. I have also worked with young people to help develop language and communication skills and have implemented basic day to day tasks into their life’s. Furthermore, I have worked with those who display challenging behaviours within home and the community. I have worked within, respite, community, education and social care Spector and each have provided their own challenges to overcome. I have built relationships by creating trust with each individual I have worked with closely and have found this to be the best way to begin a bounty towards goals and outcomes. Ihave also worked within an ASN primary school worked with children who display as nonverbal and communicate in their own way by building individual relationships and trust. I made decisions based on current situations and provided support to help children regulate when challenging behaviours were present.
