Hello my name is Cheryl I am 45 years of age and have been working in the care sector for 15 years. I provide person centred care within the community enabling fun activities and/or in clients own homes. My recent experience is working with young adults with learning disabilities/autism within the community and within a college setting. I have worked in residential care homes as well as in the community, providing care within clients own homes; this includes personal care, shopping house work and companionship. I have worked within a college with students with profound and multiple learning disabilities and autism. My most recent experience is with young people with learning disabilities mainly working in the community. Providing community based activities and days out to suit the clients needs.
