Terrible - arranged to show up but didn't come without giving any prior notice. I tried calling and texting and got nothing back. The next day I received a message that she had a problem and couldn't come, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and booked her again for the following week and she did the same thing again on the rearranged day. People rely on carers to show up or at least give notice if they can't make it so that an alternative carer can be booked. Carers have a responsibility to their patients who can't cope without them. Unacceptable.
