I’m primarily a Carer. I have first hand experience of autism as my eldest son is on the autistic spectrum. He has no short term memory which then leads on to affect his communication skills. I have a lot of patience and understanding. I strive to assist my son in living his life but not running his life. It’s hard as a mother to guide but not lead.
