I am passionate individual, who love to support children and families with additional needs. I understand that every child is unique and families are in need of someone who can be understanding and caring. I have built a culture of care, reliable relationships and supporting parents to enrich their relationships with their children and young people. Through the years I have created activities to meet individual unique needs. I have taken my time to create an enabling environment where trust can be built mutually in order for us to achieve the full potential for service users. I am goal oriented however I am flexible to accommodate a person centred approach. I have completed courses from college, Childcare and education Cache level 3, Health and social care level 3( Family support worker Apprenticeship), BA Special educational needs and inclusion (degree). I can fingerspell bsl. I am Specialised in children and young people with speech delay and behaviour management needs.
