I have over 20 years of experience working in the caring profession. That is mainly with children of ages up to 14, but I am a support worker at the moment for a severely disabled guy who is very loving but has very complex needs. I am kind caring and sensitive to both the individual. I'm looking after the family around them. I use my own initiative but listen to the individual and family, after all they know either what they require or what is best for their needs.
