Ever since my first role as a carer, I have tried to give the utmost standard of care by listening, by being patient and kindness goes a long way. My focus is always on the clients, and I find this aspect of direct patient care to be rewarding and valuable. I am very careful to maintain the dignity of clients and to treat them and their families with kindness and discretion. I am a natural people person who gets on well with colleagues and builds good relationships. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within the workplace and socially. I have excellent organisational skills and have experience both within the care sector and as a teaching assistant. My journey so far has taught me the value of hard-work and organisation. With my positive experience in managing and leading a team, the opportunity to continue this in the future is something that I will strive for.
