30 years old, been in care since I was 18 years old. I always had a passion for looking after people, as I'm a down to earth, caring person. Caring for others has always been easy for me, I have taken on all different aspects of care for example, Hospital setting, Home setting, Working with young adults with learning difficulties, School setting. I have done a lot of training, dealing with medication, PEG feeding, suction, oxygen, taken observations and supporting with moving and handling. I also have level 2 and 3 NVQ in health and social care, I'm always willing to take on new training, as I am keen to learn more so I can give the best care. I have understood all policies and procedures in all my care setting, and kept up to date with all my training. I also have excellent communication skills, as in my past career I have always had to communicate with other professionals. Very organised, and have excellent time keeping. When I am not at work I love to spend time with my love ones, taking my dog for long walks and relaxing with a good cup of tea.
