At 16 years old I began volunteering at Portesbery School, I worked here once a week for 2 years. At the age of 18 I began my care job with a 13 year old Autistic boy. I then went on to getting a job at his school, Park House School (BeyondAutism). After using the Applied Behaviour Analysis service in this school, I decided against this approach, and I went onto work full time at Portesbery school until May 2022. I started my Occupational Therapy degree in September 2022, and I am absolutely loving it. As this degree offers me so much flexibility with my schedule, I would really love the opportunity to increase my productivity, meet lots of new people, and make good use out of my experience!
