In my career, I have demonstrated a keen ability to work quickly and use initiative, allowing me to address challenges proactively and efficiently. Working with foster children has allowed me to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Managing the behaviour of groups of children is a skill I have honed through practical experience of being a foster carer. One of my strengths lies in inspiring trust and confidence in children. I am patient, empathetic, and understanding, allowing me to connect with children on a personal level. By actively listening to their concerns and providing emotional support, I create a safe space where they feel valued and empowered to express themselves.
