I am 25 years old and have a years experience caring for special needs people as well as 2 year’s experience personal/wellness training. Helping others is something I am extremely passionate about and I believe everyone deserves an equal chance so the fact that I have the means to help someone who may be struggling is something I am very grateful for. I am a qualified Personal and group fitness trainer and have a diploma in Psychology, both of these qualifications enable be to be both empathetic and realistic when helping clients and also when assisting professionals around me.
